By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Fairytales and Hidden Notes will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons:

The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock.

A pricing or product description error has been identified.

You have not met the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main terms and conditions.

After your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order that we have received. If there are any problems with your order, we contact you by email.

At Fairytales and Hidden Notes we want you to be ecstatic about your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in the same condition as when dispatched. Please note that for hygiene reasons Fairytales & Hidden Notes cannot return or exchange earrings.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods.Please note that we will not refund the postage paid on good sent out. 

We will refund any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of an error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns procedure

When you want to return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Once you have heard from us send your item/s safely back to us

3.Send your package back to Customer Services, Fairytales and Hidden Notes, 46 Old Kenton Lane, Kingsbury, NW9 9NE. We strongly recommend that you use registered post as Fairy tales and Hidden notes cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items.

4. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the items returning safely back to us.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content including prices on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

All products displayed on this website are available only while stocks last, at which point the words Sold out will appear in the product drop-down menu. If an item you're interested in buying is out of stock, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will check if the item will be back in stock and, if so, how long it will take. If an order has been placed and the item is out of stock will notify you by email

Fairytales and Hidden Notes is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
